The history of Inn to Inn of Vermont is part of its charm. It was created by a team of six innkeepers who designed the first (sort of) inn-to-inn walking holiday in the US. We say “sort of” because their route requires you to have a car so it’s not 100% an inn-to-inn walk. It’s more of a hybrid road trip with beautiful local inns providing daily walk options from each location. Trips are short, usually 3 or 4 nights, and they occur May-October.
Review of Inn to Inn Vermont Website
Inn to Inn’s site is simple and the best way to get information is by contacting them directly. Their site provides lodging details and links and a sampling of walks, but there are no detailed descriptions of the walks. We suggest following their Facebook page where they share photos and stories.
