HF Holiday’s site is beautifully designed and easy to navigate but it’s lacking search filters that could make it easier to narrow down a search. You can filter by duration, location and walking grade, but filters based on special highlights (such as train rides or coastal walks) would be helpful. They do provide a way to browse by special interest and we suggest taking a look at these because something that HF Holidays excels at is offering unique activities such as Navigation Skills, Bridge and Board Games, Crafts, Dancing and Singing Holidays.
While we typically associate HF Holidays with a more mature crowd, they are surprisingly a great option for families! They offer several kid-friendly itineraries, discounts for ages 11-17 and younger children often are FREE.
